Giving our policies a modern makeover

Here turned 16 at the end of 2021, and in navigating those awkward teenage years, we realised that the business has matured, and it was time to reflect on our mission statement and code of ethics.

We set to work on a more comprehensive and progressive set of policies. We began to roll these out in 2021 and hope they have a profound and positive effect on the human experience at Here.

Below are some details on the 2 key policy changes we wanted to share and some of the policies we're updating in the near future.

Mental health & Wellbeing Policy

Having strong and reliable safety nets is critical not just in the workplace but also in day-to-day life to ensure our employees feel supported. We have introduced a detailed policy on Mental Health & Wellbeing and offer confidential therapy & wellbeing services through our partnership with Vitality Healthcare, Self Space and Canada Life.

Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Our commitment to the workplace, community and environmental actions ensures Here Design actively engages in responsible trading. This allows us to work with companies with similar values and promotes us to organisations that want to partner with ethically and environmentally responsible suppliers.
