Power to the People

Last year we partnered with Journey HR to provide our team with an external point of call, internally. We chose Journey HR to work with us in-house so that we could create a truly impartial and confidential space where our team could feel free to speak freely.


To make this ongoing partnership successful, they needed to get under the studio’s skin, taking a temperature check with an anonymous engagement survey. This helped gather individual perspectives, thoughts and experiences – helping us celebrate areas of strength and provide direction for areas that we needed to work on in future. 


It was great to see the answers we received lining up with some of the long-term plans we had started to get into place. It also gave us a clearer path to where we wanted to be on this ongoing journey and helped us reflect and build on what had come before.

    It also gave us a clearer path to where we wanted to be on this ongoing journey and helped us reflect and build on what had come before.
  • We plan to continue surveying and gathering data from our team in order to check in on our progress and keep the team holding the governance team accountable.
