Power to the People

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our employee experience and people process and procedures, in Summer of 2024 we transitioned from our partnership with JourneyHR to introduce a part-time in-house HR role.

Bringing on board our People Coordinator role gave us the opportunity to address the needs of our team promptly, tailor our HR processes to align with our own company culture and gave renewed focus to continue to uphold and improve our standards of employee satisfaction and well-being.

In the Autumn of 2024, our People Coordinator conducted an in person engagement survey with everyone on the team to check in on progress and sentiment across the studio.

Common themes from these meetings will help measure the success of initiatives and changes that have been introduced since 2022’s Engagement Survey and inform areas of focus next year.
