Roadmaps to success
Over the last few years, we’ve grown quite quickly, and because we value everyone at Here, we wanted to put structures in place to support all talent and avoid inconsistencies as sometimes happen in big organisations. To ensure a fair approach, we worked with Journey HR to implement changes to our people processes.
This started with clearly defining expectations for each role and level. That way all of our team members have a framework in which they can progress and integrate their own goals while working with Here’s mission in mind. Transparency is one of our core values at Here so we also encourage a feedback culture. It allows us to reflect on how we’re doing, where we can improve and what we can celebrate.
All this data helps us to make smarter business decisions – from promotions and new hires to budget allocation and new business development. We’ve begun training all our Line Managers on this new way of working and will roll it out to the wider studio. All these measures aim at creating a fair, supportive and engaging work environment.
